So these quotes totally get how I feel when I am gardening. If something is wrong, or something is upsetting me, I find myself pottering out in the garden and I think about what is going on. Outdoors is also a big thing for me, often I will go for a drive with the dog and just walk in a nature walk. To take in all the scenery and flowers, the wild life. It is just so peaceful. It did start out as a way for me help myself deal with my husbands depression. But I developed a love for gardeners and outdoors, I now love to go and explore and just enjoy nature. I now take on a challenge to grow more fruit and vegetables & to take on a plot all of my own. I'm going to take a leap of faith and learn as I go. Gardening is so good for your physical and mental health. And it's almost mad that it's so simple to think that you can go out and be in nature and have such a peaceful feeling but it's something that should be offered more. It's something we all should have access to no matter where you live or work access to help you have this, whether you are a gardener or not the access to an area where it takes you away from everything and let's you think and take stock, should be available to us all. What are your thoughts? Why did you get into gardening? Let me know!😁
